task: take a very old, dated looking service site and create a simple, fresh look without spending a lot of money on the design and implementation. this site was designed and delivered in only 7 billing hours.

solution: designed a site using php includes for naviagtion, header and footer that was easy to design and light on load time.

note: tools used for the site were adobe photoshop, fireworks and lots of css. sadly, the client passed away in 2018 and the site was removed.
